Creation of RAI and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Web TV to promote ItalyJun 12

The RAI and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have made an agreement to launch an international Web TV to promote the image of Italy abroad. Thanks to the agreement the 'Casa italiana' (Italian Home) project will be created with a total investment of 2 million euros. The partnership between the national radio and television agency and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs has been established to  "create a tool to develop the potential and image of the Italy system and to re-launch the Italian territory abroad through the promotion of sector in which Italy is recognised in the world, from art to tourism ".
