New law for tourism in Valle d'AostaMar 08

Valle d'Aosta has launched a bill on structures, enterprises and tourism operators that changes regional laws. "With this measure", commented Tourism Councillor, Aurelio Marguerettaz "we plan to provide a response to the requests of those, who in various ways, are operating on the tourism market, contributing to simplifying current procedures". The nine paragraphs of the document introduce some changes with regard to the types of tourism-hotel residences and hotel villages and the characteristics of non-hotel structures. It also makes some changes to the city planning law in terms of expansions, the recognition of groups of tourism operators and economic interventions to support tourism-accommodation businesses.
