Integrated fair centre created in VenetoJul 30

Veneto is preparing itself to launch an integrated fair centre that will bring together Verona, Vicenza and Venice; it will be supported by the public finance organisation, Veneto Sviluppo. According to today's edition of the newspaper Sole 24 Ore the agreement is in the defining stages, but Optimist SpA, the company that will manage the new entity and that will be controlled by Veronafiere and Fiera di Vicenza with 35% each, with the remaining 30% being held by the finance company of the Region, has already been recapitalised. Seven fairs will be in the portfolio at the beginning, with a sales goal of 4.5 million euros for 2014.
